Leading technology innvoation advised on the vendor selection, technology architecture and governance strategy. We were in charge of supporting the teams procuring air and liquidcooled GPU clusters, from vendor negotiation support to deployment and ongoing support.
Outcome
Successfully designed and supported the deployment of Japan’s first hyperscale AI cluster, featuring more than 5,000 GPUs. We also worked with our modular and scalable "AI factory" blueprint to enable repeatable global expansion
